“The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery”                Mark Van Doren

At My Little Hive, our staff are nothing like your everyday employee. They are 'Happiness Heroes' delivering happiness and love to our little bees and the entire hive!

We understand that every parents first priorities are that their little ones are treated with love, and kept safe at all times. With this as our corner stone the rest of our structure is built on the following core values:

Build family spirit
Spread Happiness
Do more with less
Show compassion
Make learning fun
Have fun

All of our happiness heroes are fully qualified and experienced in child care. They all attend annual refresher courses in health & safety, emergency life support and first aid at work. My Little Hive knows that happiness begins from within and by ensuring we have happy staff we can have a happy hive and from there the happiness just keeps spreading!
